CAAP facilitates the operations of Paper Recycling on behalf of Romani Baxt, a roma child rights organization to build revenues through sales of recyclables and to use these revenues for child education.
CAAP builds partnership between Romani Baxt and local providers of recyclables, such as banks, institutions, and NGOs, and provides technical assistance to Romani Baxt to improve its recycling operations. To date, CAAP has created 35 pick up locations and has partnered with recycling plants in Fier and Durres.
